I tested the 5336AB and 5337AB buffer boards fora short by watching a YouTube video did not find any shorted pins which may suggest those might be good as well. Panasonic TC-P50ST30 all boards cables TNPA5351 aq 5336AB 5337AB TNPH90121A these were removed from the same TV that had 14 blinks. I can't be sure but believe most of these components work.

Everything Willie wrapped in bubble wrap as seen the last photo. I know fissure the SC board has shorted resistors and possibly bad diodes. Comes with everything seen in the photos.

With the SC board disconnected from circuit TV powers on to 8 blinks which could suggest power supply board and main reworking but i'm not sure. I attempted to fix the SC board which believe is the problem.
